on my new favorite sipper.
Ingredients
1/2 cup
cucumber, peeled and cubed
1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
4-6 fresh mint leaves, or to taste
8 ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions
Combine and
blend ingredients until smooth
