Hello Monday.  Hello new week.  Hello motivation.  
OK so truth be told I've been a lazy child lately – with my workouts, with my eating habits and with my life.  And honestly I have suffered a bit.  I don't feel as good or look as good.  I'm tired more, my face is breaking out and my skinny jeans aren't fitting anymore.  And I'm tired of it.  Don't get me wrong, I do not believe in self-depravation at all.  I believe in chocolate every day, indulgences and eating until you're full.  But what I've been doing lately is not indulgence.  What I've been doing is laziness and it's hurting my body.  So, today marks me getting myself back together.  I'm going to try to exercise 4-5 days this week and eat more sensibly.  Because frankly, I like Gwyneth’s honesty.  You don't look good and feel good without hard work.  You just don't.  And I get out what I put in to everything in life.  And when it comes to my health, I want to put in some hard work and habit. My body and my loved ones will thank me when I'm still kicking at 90.  So here is how my motivation will look this week.

Exercise 4-5 times a week.  Cardio 2-3 days and hot yoga 2 days

Green smoothie for breakfast every morning

Sippin on some Sassy Water all day every day
2 lemons, 1/2 a cucumber and 10 mint leaves.  steep all night.

How do you get motivated?

Definitely needed to see this today as I'm sitting here thinking about how I do NOT want to go to the gym.... I may bookmark this to ready daily. LOVE it!
